A growing number of young urban practitioners have been seconded by partner organizations to CDIA’s YAP Program. Upon completing this experience, the persons have returned to their home organizations where they have further contributed to the ongoing work assisting city development as well as enhancing collaboration with CDIA by serving as the focal points.
