This summary report is based on the Pre-Feasibility Study Report submitted in February by Cities Development Initiative for Asia to the city of Handan as a part of the program in China. This report was originally executed by Worley Parsons and KPMG with the information provided by Handan authorities in consultation sessions between May to December 2010.
The aim of this report is to focus and synthesize the findings taken place during the development of the project to supplement the need for clarification to potential financiers or funders. This will help them to decide on taking further steps to get involved in the lending process and to initiate their own due diligences.
